An application for Securities can be made by either printing and completing the Application Form attached to or accompanied by the electronic Prospectus or completing the Application Form attached to or accompanied by a paper form of the Prospectus; and then lodging the form and the Application monies in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and the Application Form.

In accordance with Chapter 6D of the Corporations Act, the Prospectus is subject to an exposure period of seven (7) days from the date of lodgement with ASIC. The exposure period may be extended by ASIC by a further period of up to 7 days. The purpose of the exposure period is to enable the Prospectus to be examined by market participants prior to the raising of funds. The examination may result in the identification of deficiencies in the Prospectus. If deficiencies are detected, any application that has been received may need to be dealt with in accordance with Section 724 of the Corporations Act.
